Breathwork and Meditation
A group space for transformation
Something almost magical happens when a group comes together and dedicates even just a few hours to growth together.
Breathwork is a beautiful and powerful tool. So many groups just come together to do a Breathwork session, and from that alone big shifts can happen. That is very valuable.
However, for transformation to last, more is often needed. First of all, safety is needed. Besides that, understanding is also very important. In other words, sometimes there is a disconnection in people’s life between their moments of joy and their moments of pain. So one can go to a Breathwork session and feel very good, even feel clarity, only to forget about that in the following days. Integration is needed, a way to integrate our experiences of flow and joy with the rest of our lives. My intention is to bring lasting transformation, so for that I also like to provide tools that can be brought with you to your regular life and proper integration.

Cacao Solstice Breathwork Ceremony
As the year comes to an end we gather to celebrate, enjoy Ceremonial Cacao together, and use the power of Breathwork to let go of the year behind us and transition consciously into the new year.
Shame: Insecurity, Self Worth & Self-Love
This is the third of the Journey to Inner Awareness series. You are welcome to join one evening or the full series.
In this series we will explore three core issues we all experience in our life. Fear, Shame and Abandonment.
Shame is sometimes the most tricky wound to feel. We are usually more in tune with it through our thoughts.
-When we want to be like someone else or we compare ourselves to someone else.
-When we judge how we are.
-When we feel we are not good enough.
-When we do not give ourselves love and compassion.
As usual we will explore this wound with different exercises and finish with an integrating and healing Breathwork session.
Abandonment: Loneliness and Jealousy
This is the second part of the Journey to Inner Awareness series. You are welcome to join one evening or the full series.
In this series we will explore three core issues we all experience in our life. Fear, Shame and Abandonment.
Abandonment is one of our deepest wounds. It shows up in daily life when we feel lonely or even experience jealousy. It has deep roots in our childhood and how we grew up and it even shows up in our fear of death!
As usual we will explore this wound with different exercises and finish with an integrating and healing Breathwork session.
Stepping out of Fear
This is the first of the Journey to Inner Awareness series.
In this series we will explore three core issues we all experience in our life. Fear, Shame and Abandonment.
Fear can stop us from living the life we want, and at the same time it can be a powerful guide.
It shows us the way to a more passionate life. Through exploring Fear in a safe container and with the support of a group, we are able to move through it and experience a new way to deal with fear in your everyday life.
Cacao Autumn Ceremony
I am very excited to host a Cacao & Breathwork Ceremony to transition into the Autumn. Through Meditation and Breathwork we will connect with our bodies and with our essence. Through the power of Ritual and Cacao we welcome change and let go of the old.
Below some inspiration:
Prepare yourself for this ceremony by asking yourself the following questions. Whether by writing, meditating, praying or anyway that feels right for you, take time to be with yourself and to learn from this last year.
What am I grateful for?
What was difficult in the last months?
What did I learn from this difficulties?
Can I be grateful for them as part of my growth journey?
Are there any unfelt feelings that I am carrying with me?
What are my intentions for this Autumn?
I look forward to welcoming you.

Your Inner Child
What kind of experiences you have had regarding your inner child? For me, before ever coming to terms with my inner child, it felt like something ridiculous to look at. As I have explored it, I have realised the importance of it. Without reconnecting with the sensitivity that we had as children it is hard to realise how sensitive we are today.
We live in such a fast paced world where there is little room to be sensitive. Working with the inner child is a way to recognise our sensitivity and vulnerability, and to treat that part of us with the love and compassion with which we would treat a child. Unfortunately, if we were treated with judgements or pressure as child, we might be even inclined to treat a child in the same way. So sometimes that also needs to be explored, so that we can learn new ways of being with ourselves.
I look forward to welcoming you.

The Felt Sense
It feels to me that it is hard to understand what the felt sense is. Rather than define it, the best is to experience it yourself. In fact, you are experiencing it at every moment, all you need to do is bring your awareness to it. In order to experience it, I like to bring my awareness to my bodily sensations, or in other words to the constant physical events that our nervous system is continuously processing.
We can either focus on the sensations of the outside world (exteroception) or the ones from our internal world (interoception). We also try to use more words to describe our feelings so that we can become more sensitive to our own body. It is not a mental game of conceptualising our sensations, but rather a way of expanding our awareness about our sensations.
Through staying in touch with our sensations, we are able to give our mind a rest and be in the present moment. As we become more and more capable to be in the present moment and with the sensations in our bodies, we become more able to deal with our emotions. To act from a relaxed mind state rather than from a reaction.
Opening up to your essence
Learning to open our heart to difficult feelings and emotions is for me one of the most important aspects of any kind of spiritual practice. Yet it is also one of the most difficult things to do. Our mind is conditioned to look for joy and satisfaction. It resists difficult feelings and emotions. However, in order to really connect with our essence we first need to feel the pain that has not been felt. Through consciously bring up difficult emotions we are able to let go of our armour and uncover the beauty of our vulnerability. Through Breathwork we are able to make this process easier.

In a small group we will explore the connection to our body and our feelings through Breathwork and Meditation. The evening meeting will consist of two parts.
In the first part we will connect with our body and the present moment through guided and active meditation techniques. This will help us build resources and grounding.
In the second part we will have a Breathwork ceremony in which we will reconnect with our feelings and our bodies through the breath. We will create a safe space in which we can experience life as a healing mirror.
