BREATHWORK
Breathwork is the most effective tool I know for working through any kind of emotional difficulty.
Through Breathwork we are able to transform the subconscious thoughts and feelings that hold us back and start living the life we are longing for.

Breathwork encompasses different breathing techniques which can influence a person's mental, emotional, or physical state. Every session is different; the breathing techniques used depend on your needs.
One particular way I like to work is with a longer (up to 50 minute) Conscious Connected Breath session. Such a session can be challenging, but with guidance and the support of music and touch, it can be a powerful technique that can even bring non-ordinary states of consciousness.

Conscious Connected Breathwork is a circular breathing technique. This means that inhalations are immediately followed by exhalations without pause. During longer breathing sessions, Conscious Connected Breathwork may bring non-ordinary states of consciousness and can lead to profound experiences of emotional healing .

I recommend to not have many expectations on what Breathwork can do for you. The best is to simply try it. However, scientific research on breathwork is very promising.
The potential health benefits of breathwork include: balanced blood pressure, more time in deep sleep, reduction of PTSD and feelings of trauma, stronger respiratory function, better immune system, release of stress hormones from your body, fewer feelings of depression and anxiety, better mental focus, decrease in addictive behaviours, allowing emotional scars to heal, better outlook on life, contentment and joy.

Whether you're dealing with stress, relationship issues (or the lack of one), problems setting boundaries, lack of self-esteem, fear or simply seeking a deeper sense of clarity and calm, each breathwork session is customized to help you find a new way to live the life that you are longing for.
I combine different breathwork and meditation techniques, together with inquiry and the understanding I have gained through many years of training with my therapists (the founders of the Learning Love Institute).
