Blankets, yoga mats and cushions will be provided.
Bring:
- Comfortable clothes.
- Water bottle.
- Something to write on.
Event Structure:
Connecting Exercises: We will start with exercises aimed at fostering self-connection and group connection. This helps create safety in the group
Breathwork: A one hour breathwork session will allow us to deepen our experience while mantaining bodily awareness and mindfulness.
Integration: We will finish with integration practices to solidify your experiences and insights.
