In a small group we will explore the connection to our body and our feelings through Breathwork and Meditation. The evening meeting will consist of two parts.
In the first part we will connect with our body and the present moment through guided and active meditation techniques. This will help us build resources and grounding.
In the second part we will have a Breathwork ceremony in which we will reconnect with our feelings and our bodies through the breath. We will create a safe space in which we can experience life as a healing mirror.
